The terms a parent or guardian agrees to when setting up TapTapLearn. Plain English where possible; required legal language where Apple, Google, and consumer-protection law leave us no choice.
This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("you", "User") and Tap Tap Tec ("we", "us", "our") governing use of TapTapLearn ("the App"), including all updates and related services. By creating an account, installing, or using the App, you accept this Agreement on your own behalf and on behalf of any child profile you create. If you do not accept, do not create an account or use the App.
TapTapLearn is an educational app designed for children ages 2–14 to use under a parent or legal guardian's account and supervision. By accepting this Agreement, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are the parent or legal guardian of any child who uses the App through your account. You are responsible for supervising your child's use of the App and for all activity under your account, including account creation, subscription purchases, and voucher redemptions — each of which sits behind an in-app Parent Gate intended to be reached only by an adult.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use by your household.
This is a license, not a sale. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

A rotating selection of games is free to play at any time, at 2 plays per game per day. TapTapLearn offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock more of the library — there are no ads in the App, and no separate "remove ads" purchase, because the App never shows ads in the first place. The available scopes and tiers are:

All tiers within a scope unlock the identical set of features — only the billing period differs. Actual prices may vary by region/currency and are always shown, and confirmed by you, before purchase; the prices above are our current published pricing and may not yet be reflected in every storefront region at the time you read this.
Your subscription automatically renews for the same duration at the then-current price at the end of each billing period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your payment method will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (iOS) or Google Play subscription settings (Android). Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
The All Games annual tier is currently offered with a 7-day free trial. Trial length and terms are always clearly shown before you start it, and the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel first. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited once a paid subscription begins.
All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the applicable store:
If you reinstall the App or use it on a different device signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account, you can restore your subscription via Parent Zone → Restore Purchases inside the App.
TapTapLearn supports promotional voucher codes (for example, distributed through school partnerships) that grant free access to some or all of the same entitlements as a paid subscription, for a limited time. Voucher codes: have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, resold, or transferred; are limited to the number of redemptions and expiry date set for that specific code; can be redeemed once per account; and must be entered by a parent or guardian behind the Parent Gate. We may deactivate a voucher code, or an entire campaign of codes, at any time — including after distribution — if we detect misuse.
We may release updates and new versions of the App. Some updates may be required for the App to continue functioning. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting your account (Parent Zone → Delete Account inside the App, or see our account deletion page) and ceasing all use of the App. We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without notice, if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, but the sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TAP TAP TEC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $25, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tap Tap Tec and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of the App, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply, and in the event of any conflict between this Section 12 and the rest of this Agreement with respect to your Apple App Store usage, this Section 12 controls:
If you obtained the App from Google Play, your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to this Agreement and has no responsibility for the App or its content. Refunds for purchases made via Google Play are handled under Google's refund policy (see Section 4.4 above).
You may not use or export the App in violation of applicable export laws and regulations, including the export laws of the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country embargoed under those laws, or on any sanctioned or restricted-party list.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, except where consumer-protection laws in your country of residence grant you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tap Tap Tec regarding the App and supersedes any prior agreements between you and us relating to its subject matter.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Material changes will be highlighted in the App on next launch. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.
