How Tap Tap Tec collects, uses, and protects information across our mobile games and apps — for TapTapArrows.
This Privacy Policy explains how Tap Tap Tec ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use TapTapArrows ("the Game") on Android or iOS devices. By installing or playing TapTapArrows, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game and do not use it.
When you play TapTapArrows, our third-party advertising, subscription, and store partners (listed in Section 4) may automatically collect:
TapTapArrows stores your level progress, settings (sound on/off), and subscription state on your device using your operating system's built-in persistent storage (PlayerPrefs / NSUserDefaults). This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly share it or sign in to your platform account (Apple ID / Google Account) for cross-device subscription restoration.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal basis for processing your information is:
TapTapArrows integrates the following third-party services. Each service has its own privacy policy; please review them.
If we add analytics or crash-reporting services (for example Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics) in a future update, we will revise this policy and update the "Last updated" date.
We share information with the third-party services listed in Section 4 strictly for the purposes described. We do not sell your personal information for cash. Some data sharing with advertising partners may constitute "sale" or "sharing" under California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah privacy laws — see Section 7 to opt out.
TapTapArrows is not directed to children under 13 (or under the equivalent age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it. We have flagged the Game as not child-directed across all advertising networks, consistent with COPPA.
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; restrict processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. You can also reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized advertising at any time in your device's Settings → Privacy → Advertising.
You have the right to: know what we collect; delete; opt out of "sale" / "sharing"; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To opt out, contact us at the email below or use your device's "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (Android) controls.
If your jurisdiction grants similar rights (for example Brazil LGPD, Canada PIPEDA, UAE PDPL), contact us and we will respond as applicable law requires.
If you subscribe to TapTapArrows Plus, your payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not handle, store, or transmit your payment card details. Your subscription receipts are validated through RevenueCat to enable cross-device entitlement (for example, ad removal on multiple devices linked to the same Apple ID or Google account). Subscriptions are auto-renewing — you can cancel anytime through your platform account settings; see our End User License Agreement for full subscription terms.
Locally-stored game progress remains on your device until you delete the Game. Subscription receipts and anonymous user identifiers are retained by RevenueCat for the duration of your subscription plus the period required by applicable tax and consumer-protection law. Advertising partners retain data per their own retention policies — typically 14 to 25 months from last activity.
We rely on the security mechanisms of Apple App Store, Google Play, and our third-party SDK providers (TLS in transit, sandboxed device storage). No internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our third-party providers may transfer your information internationally (including to the United States). They contractually commit to GDPR-compatible safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Material changes will be highlighted in the Game on next launch. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
