The Rules of
the Game.

This End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("you", "User") and Tap Tap Tec ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of TapTapArrows ("the Game"), including all updates, downloadable content, and related services. By installing, accessing, or playing the Game, you accept this Agreement. If you do not accept, do not install or play the Game.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the Game on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

This is a license, not a sale. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Game.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Game, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the Game or any part of it.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or copyright marks.
• Use the Game to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to interfere with the Game.
• Use the Game to harass, abuse, threaten, or defame any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Game's systems or to our servers or third-party services we rely on.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

3.1 What you can buy

The Game offers an optional auto-renewing subscription called TapTapArrows Plus, currently priced at USD $4.99 per month (or the local equivalent set by the applicable app store), with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. TapTapArrows Plus removes ads from the Game while your subscription is active. We may add other in-app purchases in future updates.

If a free trial is offered, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3.4 Payments and refunds

All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the applicable store:

3.5 Restoring purchases

If you reinstall the Game or use it on a different device signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account, you can restore your subscription via Settings → Restore Purchases inside the Game.

4. Virtual Items

Any virtual items, cosmetics, currency, or unlocks within the Game are licensed to you for use in the Game only. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods outside the Game, and are non-transferable. We may add, modify, or remove virtual items at any time.

5. Updates, Availability, and Service Changes

We may release updates, patches, and new versions of the Game. Some updates may be required for the Game to continue functioning. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

7. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the Game and ceasing all use. We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without notice, if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Game ceases, but the sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TAP TAP TEC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE GAME, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE GAME WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE GAME IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD $25, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tap Tap Tec and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of the Game, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Apple-Specific Terms

If you obtained the Game from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply, and in the event of any conflict between this Section 11 and the rest of this Agreement with respect to your Apple App Store usage, this Section 11 controls:

• This Agreement is between you and Tap Tap Tec only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game.
• In the event of any failure of the Game to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) you paid for the Game. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the Game.
• Tap Tap Tec, not Apple, is solely responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Game or your use of it, including product-liability claims, claims that the Game fails to conform to applicable legal requirements, and claims arising under consumer-protection or similar legislation.
• In the event of any third-party claim that the Game or your use of it infringes that party's intellectual property rights, Tap Tap Tec — not Apple — is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• You represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

12. Google Play-Specific Terms

If you obtained the Game from Google Play, your use of the Game is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to this Agreement and has no responsibility for the Game or its content. Refunds for purchases made via Google Play are handled under Google's refund policy (see Section 3.4 above).

13. Export Controls

You may not use or export the Game in violation of applicable export laws and regulations, including the export laws of the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country embargoed under those laws, or on any sanctioned or restricted-party list.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, except where consumer-protection laws in your country of residence grant you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

15. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tap Tap Tec regarding the Game and supersedes any prior agreements between you and us relating to its subject matter.

17. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Material changes will be highlighted in the Game on next launch. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.
