How Tap Tap Tec collects, uses, and protects information across our mobile games and apps — starting with Shadow Sprint.

Effective date: 3 September 2026
Last updated: 3 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Tap Tap Tec ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Shadow Sprint ("the Game") on Android or iOS devices. By installing or playing Shadow Sprint, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game and do not use it.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information collected automatically

When you play Shadow Sprint, our third-party advertising and analytics partners (listed in Section 4) may automatically collect:

  • Device identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID/AAID) on Android, Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS — only if you consent on iOS via the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
  • Device information: device model, operating system version, language, time zone, mobile carrier, screen resolution.
  • Approximate location: IP-based country/region. We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Gameplay events: session length, levels reached, in-app purchases, ad impressions, crashes.

1.2 Information stored locally on your device

Shadow Sprint stores your high scores, settings, unlocked cosmetics, and in-game currency on your device using your operating system's built-in persistent storage (PlayerPrefs). This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly share it.

1.3 Information we do not collect

  • We do not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, or government identifier.
  • We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera.
  • We do not collect precise GPS location.

2. How We Use Information

  • To run, maintain, and improve the Game.
  • To show advertisements — rewarded ads for in-game rewards, and occasional interstitial ads between runs.
  • To process in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
  • To analyze gameplay performance and diagnose crashes.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA / UK / Switzerland)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal basis for processing your information is:

  • Consent — for personalized advertising and analytics. We collect this via the in-game consent dialog on first launch and you can withdraw it at any time.
  • Legitimate interest — for non-personalized advertising, fraud prevention, and crash diagnostics.
  • Contract — for processing in-app purchases.

4. Third-Party Services

Shadow Sprint integrates the following third-party services. Each service has its own privacy policy; please review them.

5. Sharing of Information

We share information with the third-party services listed in Section 4 strictly for the purposes described. We do not sell your personal information for cash. Some data sharing with advertising partners may constitute "sale" or "sharing" under California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, or Utah privacy laws — see Section 7 to opt out.

6. Children's Privacy

Shadow Sprint is not directed to children under 13 (or under the equivalent age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it. We have flagged the Game as not child-directed across all advertising networks, consistent with COPPA.

7. Your Privacy Rights

7.1 EEA, UK, Switzerland (GDPR)

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; restrict processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. You can re-open the consent dialog at any time via Settings → Privacy → Manage Privacy Choices inside the Game.

7.2 California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other US states

You have the right to: know what we collect; delete; opt out of "sale" / "sharing"; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To opt out, toggle "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in Settings → Privacy inside the Game, or contact us at the email below.

7.3 Other jurisdictions

If your jurisdiction grants similar rights (for example Brazil LGPD, Canada PIPEDA, UAE PDPL), contact us and we will respond as applicable law requires.

8. Data Retention

Locally-stored game progress remains on your device until you delete the Game. Advertising and analytics partners retain data per their own retention policies — typically 14 to 25 months from last activity.

9. Security

We rely on the security mechanisms of Apple App Store, Google Play, and our third-party SDK providers (TLS in transit, sandboxed device storage). No internet transmission is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Data Transfers

Our third-party providers may transfer your information internationally (including to the United States). They contractually commit to GDPR-compatible safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Material changes will be highlighted in the Game on next launch. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
